CHALANDA L. TUCKER, MBA, PMP

Chalanda L. Tucker, a consummate Project Management Professional (PMP), sits at the helm of Strategic Framework, LLC, an Atlanta-based organizational development firm. Having orchestrated successful lifecycle implementations in the public and private sectors in arenas including academia, financial services, retail, healthcare, technology and telecommunications, she brings more than 15 years' experience to the industry.

A leading industry professional, Tucker has contributed significantly to the success of projects within the Atlanta Public Schools (APS) as well as the State of Georgia, among many others. Her professional achievements are undergirded by a solid education. She holds an MBA from the University of Louisville's College of Business, and she graduated from Spelman College with a degree in Economics. Further, she earned her PMP certification at the Project Management Institute (PMI), her Master's Certificate in Project Management at George Washington University's School of Business and Public Management, and her Certificate in Information Technology at Georgia Institute of Technology. She looks forward to earning her Kaplan-Norton Balanced Scorecard Certification from the Palladium Group in the Fall of 2014.

Tucker's expansive community service involvement includes leadership positions with Continental Societies and the George Washington Carver Scholarship Fund, wherein $20,000 has been raised over the course of 20 years. She has also been active with The United Negro College Fund (UNCF), Atlanta Chapter of the National Black Masters of Business Administration Association (NBMBAA), and A. Philip Randolph Elementary School. Additionally, she matriculated through United Way's Volunteer Involvement Program (VIP) Initiative.
